Security you can explain
Access should be obvious, temporary and yours to stop.
VeyaDesk starts from a conservative security boundary. The relay routes encrypted envelopes; session keys are derived on the two computers and are never sent to the relay.
Per-session encryptionP-256 key exchange, HKDF-SHA-256 key derivation and AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
Replay protectionMonotonic counters reject repeated or out-of-order encrypted messages.
Visible controlThe host approves each attended request and always has a prominent stop control.
Smaller attack surfaceUnattended access, clipboard sync and file transfer remain disabled in the beta.

What to know before you connect.
A working attended Windows beta has been built and is moving through live relay deployment and two-computer acceptance testing. The public download will open after those checks are complete.
Not in the attended beta. Every request must be visibly approved on the computer receiving help. VeyaDesk does not currently include unattended access.
After approval, they can view the primary screen and use the mouse, keyboard and scrolling. Clipboard sync, file transfer, microphone, camera and secure-desktop/UAC control are disabled.
Session content is encrypted between the paired computers. The relay routes encrypted envelopes and does not receive the plaintext screen images or input commands.
The current beta supports x64 Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers. macOS, Linux and mobile apps are roadmap items, not current features.
